Station Manager: Steve Morris

WCR FM was one of the first full time community radio stations to go on air. What makes us different is that we are here to be a genuine part of the community.

We want to hear from you. We want to know what's happening in your corner of the city so that we can spread the news. We want to know what your pressing concerns are, so that we can give a platform to your views and concerns and connect you to like-minded Wulfrunians.

Administrator: Maria Jones

Maria Jones is WCRT's Administrator.



Maria has been with the company since May 2000. She has extensive business administration experience and is computer literate in all office software.



Maria's duties comprise all the administration duties within our radio services and currently include supervision of our volunteers and people on work placements.

Training & Development Officer: Lee Bannister

Lee Bannister is WCRT's Training & Development Officer.



Lee came to us from 100.7 Heart FM & Galaxy 102.2 in Birmingham where he worked for 5 years. Prior to that Lee worked at Beacon Radio from 1989 to 2000. His 15 years+ prior experience and expertise is a major asset to the company. Lee has worked in most departments within Radio such as Programme Production and Presentation, News & Sport, Engineering, Research, Commercial Production, Audio Gathering and Commercial Scheduling plus he's well versed in a wide range of digital radio editing systems.
