Rising Dogs are a four-piece rock and alternative band from the West Midlands, combining alternative rock with deep bass, synth textures, and thought-provoking lyrics.

Their music blends raw energy with a sharp, contemporary edge—unfiltered, unapologetic, and born from creative instinct.

Mike Cates (Drums), Tim Birks (Guitar), Mark Willott (Bass, Vocals, Synths), and Christian Garrington (Lead Vocals, Guitars) first met over 30 years ago at Stourbridge Art College. Since then, they’ve continued to collaborate, experiment, and refine their sound—delivering music that is raw, authentic, and constantly evolving.
