The Children's Bookshow presents Matt de la Peña and Christian Robinson

We are delighted to present two very special artists who are coming all the way from the West coast of America: author Matt de la Peña and illustrator Christian Robinson. They have created three unique picture books together, but this performance will focus on the award-winning Last Stop on Market Street, a beautiful story about the relationship between a boy and his grandmother and their life in the city. Matt and Christian will talk about where they come from, how they came to be an author and an illustrator and their inspiration. They will read their stories and Christian will draw live for the audience, and there will be the chance to ask questions too. Don't miss this wonderful opportunity!

Every child attending this performance will receive a FREE copy of Last Stop on Market Street to take home and keep!
