Bilston Memory Café celebrated its fourth anniversary with a special party last week.
The support group, for people living with dementia and their family, friends or carers, is run by Bilston and Willenhall Lions and meets on the second Tuesday of every month at Bilston Sports and Social Club, Wellington Road, Bilston, between noon and 2pm.
The City of Wolverhampton Council's Cabinet Member for Adult Services, Councillor Linda Leach, was in attendance and said: "We have a number of memory cafés operating throughout Wolverhampton, including this one in Bilston.
"Every month, it gives people living with dementia, and their families and carers, the opportunity to meet other people with the condition, share their experiences and find out more about the help and support available to them – while of course also having the chance to enjoy a drink and something to eat.
"Bilston Memory Café is free for all carers and people that suffer with this dreadful illness, and we want as many people as possible to come along."
Stuart Richmond from Bilston and Willenhall Lions added: "We run on the second Tuesday of every month, and everybody is welcome.
“We have a lot of volunteers, both from the Lions and other individuals, and we are really appreciative of their support for the café, which is making a massive difference for people living with dementia and their families."
